Dear sir Hossein Anvari ,
The respected member of the Imam Relief’s Central Council , at the
vanguard of the national union and Islamic cohesion year and
becoming contemporary with the anniversary of beginning the
stewardship of Imam Mahdi (p . u) and the blessed birth of the great
prophet and also the blessed birthday of Imam Sadegh (p . u) : And
by considering the confirmation and execution by the Supreme Leader
and according to the first section of Article 11 from Relief ' s
constitution and according to the command , you are appointed as the
supervisor of the Imam Relief Foundation for 5 years .
We hope that you will be successful and by following the durable
guidanece of the Imam Relief Foundation establisher and providing
the expectances of The Supreme Leader and for bringing about the
necessary changes in order to accomplish the 20 year vision document
of the Imam Relief and the notified policies of The Imam Relief ' s
central council in regard of developing and promoting the quality of
the actvities and measures through the background of thought and
action with an aim of offering service to the needy with all power
and ability as the arm of the supreme theological Mandate and
leadership and assistant of the blessed government of the Islamlc
Republic of lran .
It is to be always emphasized on using the valuable experiences of
sir Nayyeri , worthy capitals of faithful relief workers all over
the country , promoting the management and scientific ability ,
profitting from the thoughtful and consultative figures with the
attandances of the university and seminary professors and the active
participation of all people and popular institutions in the
executive progroms .
We shall express our gratitude to the sincere and pure services of
sir seyyed Reza Nayyeri who since the establishment up to now for
accomplishment of The Late Imam ' s aims and Acts of The Relief ' s
central council has done his best wisely and we ask God for him
multiple and worthy reward .
By saying praise and greeting to the divine spirit of The Late Imam
Khomeini and giving pure thanks to The Supreme Leader who always
support the relief workers of The I . R . F and has great favor
toward them , we ask God for him longevity with glory and health
under the shelter of Baghiyut Allah ( our spirits shall be
sacrificed to him ).

The Biography of Sir Hossein Anvari
The Supervisor of The Imam Relief Foundation
Hossein Anvari was born in Day 1328 A.H.S in one of the souht
quarters of Tehran. He is the son of the indefatigable crusader and
fighter cleric, Ayat Allah Mohiee Aldeen Anvari, who was one of the
fighter pioneers against regime and also one of the truthful and
reliable friends, followers and promoters of The Imam khomeini.
Since the beginning of teen years, because the dominated atmosphere
on the family, he became acquainted with the politic alphabet of
Islam. Also because of his close familiarity with The Imam Khomeini
from 1340s years on, he was entranced by His great personality and
became one of the followers and promoters of His thought.
In 1343 during teen years ,after the execution of the then prime
minister who captured and condemned his father for a long time, his
social and family responsibilities were changed completely and he
endured very difficult period during his father captivity. During
high school because of having thoughts against Regime and secret
activities, he was temporally discharged many times as a punishment.
Through studying, he took use of any opportunity whether in class or
in public gathering to promote the Islamic values and to reveal the
real nature of Regime in any way and one time he was captured and
prisoned by Savak.
Hossein Anvari completed his university education in the field of
social and human science in 1352 in Tehran. Since his university
entrance and beside studying, hei started private instruction and
working in the production and office units of one of the industrial
branches located in the southern part of Tehran. After completing
his university education, inspite of the great family difficulties,
he was called for military service. But he was not accepted in the
military units of the country. So as an enlisted agent officer, he
was forced to work in The Education Ministery of Birjand and live
there.
In Birjand, after few months teaching in different high schools and
night classes, he succeeded to make a change in the intellectual and
ideological background of the students and meanwhile some teachers
were attracted by him. inspite of the inward desire and the intense
resistance of the security and education officials of the region,
the extracurricular matters and educational affairs of some high
schools were given to him. So in this regard, he could follow his
political and Islamic activities in an extensive and apparently
natural and legal background.
After completing the military service, he was invited by one of his
professors to cooperate in the team of curing the mental patients in
a new method in The Health and Hygiene Ministery( Rehabilitation
Society). And after passing the clinical specialized and applied
intensive periods and acquiring the theoritical and practical
skills, he was employed in Tehran in a newly established daily
medical center as a therapist and assistant of psychiatrist. During
these days, by considering the abnormal state of patients of the
largest mental hospital in the country – The Psychiatry Center of
Razi -, he voluntary asked for transferring, assisting and serving
the miserable patients of that center. And after a short time, he
was appointed as a supervisor of the psychology team of the
rehabilitation parts in the hospital and became a source of giving
effective services to the deprived of that center.
Finally as an encouragement, he obtained a scholarship for abroad.
But because of having doubt in the accuracy of the related
officials’ motivations, he refused the scholarship.
Hossein Anvari, After the release of his reverend father from the
Regime prison in 1356, he gained an opportunity to go to U.S.A for
continuing his education and started his P.H.D in the field of
clinical psychology.
While studying abroad, with the cooperation of some Moslem Iranian
brothers, he made his effort to strengthen the Islamic society of
that region and started an extensive ideological and political
activity for revealing the anti-islam and anti-human nature of
Pahlavi Regime.
And through arranging demonstrations, holding public and private
meetings, giving lectures, explaining the Islamic high values and
The Imam Khomeini’s messages and statements, he took an effective
measure for foiling the poisoned propaganda and drawing the Iranian
students toward Islam and revolutiona and providing knowledge and
recognition among the foreign students and professors.
After the fulfillment of Islamic Revolution and the Islamic nation
victory and The Imam’s departure to Tehran, Sir Anvari had great
doubts whether to stay and continue his education abroad or to join
Hezb Allah nation inside the country and enjoy the class of
revolution. Finally he left his education incomplete and returned to
Iran took use of the fragrant atmosphere of the Islamic system.
Since his entrance to Iran up to now, he has an active participation
in the different popular and executive activities and succeeded to
pass the different periods of specialized education of high and
strategic management.Also he acquired the Islamic teachings from his
honorable father and some of the great clerics.
The executive responsibilities :
Hossein Anvari has recorded in the report card of executive
activities his successful services in different organizations and
foundations :
-Cooperating with revolution council.
-Governor of Kashan.
-The high ranking expert in the Affairs of the Islamic Revolutionary
Foundations of The Prime ministry, member of rebuilding board and
committee of investigating the qualification of the prime ministry’s
employees.
-The consoler of The Minister of Interior, the general director of
supervision, evaluation and follow up of The Interior Ministry.
-The representative of the high board of supervising the manpower
reform, the responsible of coordinating the boards of investigating
the administrative violations and the responsible of manpower
selection center in The Interior Ministry.
-The administrative and financial assistant of The Interior
Ministry.
-The member of directors board in house organization(according to
the approval of The Cabinet and related to The House & urbanism
ministry).
-Chairman of directors board and managing director of Amir Kabir
Press Institution (related to The Islamic Propaganda Organization).
-Chairman of the scientific group secretariat, consoler and
professor of The Islamic Azad University(south branch of Tehran).
-The assistant of coordination and parliament affairs in The House
&Urbanism Ministry , the acting director of The House & Urbanism
minister in the affairs of the regarded companies.
-Consellor of The House & Urbanism minister.
-The parliament affairs assistant of The Imam Relief Founndation.
-The secretary of the central council in the I.R.F .
-The assistant of the international affairs in the I.R.F.
-The trustee of The Supreme Leader and has the honor of membership
in the central council of I.R.F.
-The supervisor of I.R.F with the confirmation of The Supreme
Leader, Ayat Allah Khamenei, dated 1385/2/13.
Hossein Anvari beside the assigned responsibilities, has done his
best as a family consoler and relief worker for solving the problems
and curing the abnormalities of the clients’ family.
He has an effective cooperation with the pilgrimage and Haj
organization, Guardians Council, the central board of monitoring the
country election. He also has successfully served as a professor and
consellor in the cultural, educational and teacher training centers
and in some of the academic centers and organizations. Meanwhile he
has had the responsibilities of several periodicals.
Hossein Anvari by considering the deprived people and exchanging the
supportive experiences and patterns, had serveral and determinant
meetings and relations with the high rank officials of some foreign
countries and non governmental NGOs inside and outside the country.
He has attended in the international conferences and seminars to
clarify the programs of supporting the deprived people.
